Founder and CEO, Eons

Jeff Taylor

Jeff Taylor, Eons' CEO and Founder, reinvented the way job hunters find employment when he launched his Web site Monster.com. Today, Jeff is reinventing the way baby boomers view life after age 50. His new Web site eons.com inspires and connects adults who are ''lovin' life on the flip side of 50''. It wasn't long ago that Jeff had the realization that boomers who started using Monster.com 15 years ago were now turning 50, and that 12,000 people are turning 50 every day! With his own half-century milestone looming, Jeff started asking himself, 'What's next?' And the answer came to him. Created specifically for 50-plus adults, eons.com is the first and largest social network for spirited adults who want to make the most of today, tackle dreams and adventures, and celebrate memories and accomplishments. A frequent speaker at technology, advertising, and human capital conferences, as well as at colleges and universities across the country, Taylor holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a certificate from the Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, Executive Education, Harvard Business School, and an honorary doctorate from Bentley College.
